I couldn't believe I had to carry all our belongings in my hands while in robes. The hotel rooms were comfortable, but the experience of having to carry everything was inconvenient. The service with the receptionists was top-notch, always helpful and welcoming. The location was excellent, although it required extra effort when hands are full.
